COMMERCIAL RELATIONS
SUCH AS GOLD is established under the mandate and supervision of numerous Chinese state-owned enterprises, which include provincial government-owned entities for the import of internationally procured oil and gas products, specifically for the internal industrial/business operating activities uses of Chinese state-owned enterprises on their behalf.
SUCH AS GOLD has engaged and appointed Hong Kong-based Sun Capital (Hong Kong) Limited and Rich Harbour International Limited, both professional business strategy companies, to manage and procure oil and gas products internationally for the Company.
CRUDE OIL REFINING FACILITIES
The imported crude oil of the Company would be processed and refined into refined products by one of the "3 Barrels", namely China National Petroleum Corporation ("CNPC"), China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation ("Sinopec"), and China National Offshore Oil Corporation ("CNOOC").
